It’s Flu Season Again!
October to April is Flu Season. The best protection is an annual flu shot. It works and it’s safe. Remember: last year’s flu vaccination won’t protect you this year.
Studies show that immunization is effective in preventing or reducing the impact of the flu in all segments of the population.
Children and adults are most at risk if they have: asthma, diabetes, heart disease, bronchitis, emphysema, kidney disease, cancer or any other serious medical condition.
Also by getting the flu shot you are protecting those around you, especially if you are providing care to children and/or adults who may be at risk.
Please note the dates, time and places of the Flu Clinics for this season. No appointment is necessary. The flu vaccine is provided free of charge.
