World TB Day "TB Anywhere is TB Everywhere"

Where: In front of the Post Office on Franklin Avenue
What: YHSSA's Communicable Disease Team will be providing TB information, hot soup and beverages.
Why: The incidence of TB in the North is four times higher than the national average. TB is a contagious disease, but is preventable and curable. If not treated, a person with active TB can infect between 10 to 15 others.
