Are you travelling out of the country?
Do you know what diseases and risks exist in the country you are visiting? Do you know if your immunizations are up to date?
Book your appointment when you book your travel. BE PREPARED.
You may need eight (8) weeks or longer to complete a set of vaccinations for your trip, so it is important to make an appointment at least 8-12 weeks ahead of your travel date.
Appointments are limited so there is no guarantee you will get an appointment if you don't book early.
The Yellowknife Public Health Unit offers travel health clinics 2 times a week:
